At first glance, it may appear that our business is full of ideas and lacking focus. This couldn’t be farther from the truth. We’ve developed a system started by helping investors rent properties while simultaneously finding great homes for new renters. This simple service has led KC Key Property Management to become KC Key Solutions.

As property managers, we are obligated to serve our property owners and their tenants alike, and with that comes certain maintenance that must be performed to maintain and keep the properties in operating condition. Outsourcing the labor and finding individual service teams to perform repairs is a typical way to conduct this type of business in the industry. However at KC Key Solutions we like to think outside of the box. We employ our own experienced repair experts, handymen, and painters. We own all of the necessary equipment, and we have the capability to perform simple electrical repairs to completing complete remodels of homes. Since it’s kept “in house” we don’t pay any per job surcharges or trip fees which makes things less expensive for our home owners and therefore less expensive for our renters. We control the scheduling (rather than relying on a 3rd party contractor to reply) and we are flexible while offering a 24 hour emergency repair service option as well. It’s a win-win-win scenario for all parties involved.

The construction segment of KC Key Solutions has soared.

We asked ourselves “what’s wrong with the Home Improvement Industry today?” And set out with the intention to rectify it. Fully armed with construction capability we are finding new customers around every turn and our construction team is winning the hearts of homeowners and business owners all over the Kansas City area. We are homeowners ourselves; and there are times that talking to a builder, handyman or repairman is less than exciting. In fact, many of them can make you feel intimidated and fearful or wary of using their services. We find no reason to operate in this outdated and unreasonable fashion, our customers are far too important to us!

At KC Key Solutions, we treat our customers with respect. We have the devotion and the drive to ensure that our customers are treated fairly by their project coordinator, and it doesn’t matter if we are painting your house, installing a new deck in your backyard, completing a porch project that was started by another contractor, renting you a house or simply offering design advice on your next basement remodel. We treat our customers as we want to be treated and we are here to offer solutions to homeowners to get the most out of that place they call…home.
